Brecken is almost one! He is almost walking and getting into everything. I like how he doesn't even flinch when he knocks things over... You can also see the look of excitement in his eye when we are telling him not to touch something or just before he start crawling as fast as he can to get anything that is plugged in!
Phil and I went out for the first time since Brecken was born, the house and Brecken set our dating scene back a bit :) We went to see Alanis, she is a great singer but the concert wasn't the greatest. She kept putting her head down for several minutes at a time (a little strange) and Phil kept asking me "what is she doing"??? hahahaha Either way it was fun to get out and do some grown up things, of course we missed Brecken but he was safe at home with his Grandparents!
Phil has started on our basement! The sheetrock is up and now we are just waiting on the plumbers. It will be nice to have a toy area and just more space during the winter months inside. I also can't wait to get the treadmill out of the living room upstairs, it looks so nice in the corner next to the couch...
